YOUNG NAILS MASTERING ACRYLIC

When you sign up for our Mastering Acrylic Course you will also receive a full sized acrylic training kit to the value of over R 6,000.00. 

This course is an intense 3 month programme, that is based on the exact same content as taught in the USA by Young Nails Inc. The course has 3 components

  1. Theory. This module is delivered to you through our state of the art digital learning platform, which is a self learning module. In this module you will learn about nail anatomy, nail diseases, contra indications, health and safety, sanitisation. We also cover product knowledge, chemistry, step by step guide to the most important techniques of the our acrylic product
  2. In Class practical training. In this module you will spend 5 full days with our highly experienced mentor that will show you all the techniques and skills you need to have to become a competent professional nail technician. In this module you will learn techniques such as sculpting nails using nail forms, application of tips, application of forms, acrylic consistency, reverse french, french fade, overlays, single bead application, multiple bead application, filing and finishing. 
  3. Practical exam. After you have completed your theory and in class modules you will be allocated a period of 3 months to practice your skills and fine tune your technique which then leads up to your practical exam. The final exam is extremely strict and your assessment is conducted by an external examiner.

The course is designed to cater for anyone and everyone from beginner to experienced technicians. 

You will get the opportunity to impress your bestie on Day 5 of your practical in class training when you get to do a full set of nails on her (or him)! After 4 intense days of training, there you are, actually doing a full set of nails on a person YAY ! You will need to bring your bestie along on day 5 of your practical in class training.
